The Hodann eel smokehouse looks back on a long fishing tradition

The business is now in its 5th generation of family ownership. The products range from freshwater fish such as smoked eel and trout, zander and pike to various sea fish, which are smoked in the company's own smokehouse. The family business is an established name in Steinhude and delivers its products throughout Germany.
