Fountain
The "Auf dem Düvelsdreck" fountain game at the moor bathhouse was put into operation in 1984 for the opening of the moor bathhouse. The area where the sulphur springs of Bad Nenndorf emerge was called "Auf dem Düvelsdreck" in earlier times due to the foul smell. This is why the sculpture bears this name.

Artist: Joachim Wolff  (* August 13, 1923 Oberheldrungen; † November 4, 2009)
Joachim Wolff studied at the Werkkunstschule Hannover from 1941 to 1943 and from 1946 to 1949. He did military service from 1943 to the summer of 1945, was wounded and taken prisoner. From 1950 to 1963, he worked as a commercial artist.
In 1963, Wolff switched to fine art as a self-taught artist and has worked as a steel sculptor ever since. In 1969 he became a member of the Deutscher Künstlerbund.
